IB Program

1. Overview

The CTForex Introducing Broker (IB) Program allows partners to earn commissions by referring new clients. By joining the IB Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. IB Models

IBs may choose one of the following models:

  • Revenue Share: Earn a percentage of trading fees generated by referred clients.
  • CPA: Earn a one-time payout for each qualified client who meets deposit and trading requirements.

Commission levels and qualification rules are defined inside the IB Portal and may be updated at any time.

3. Eligibility

  • The IB may promote CTForex only in accepted jurisdictions listed on our website.
  • Promotions in sanctioned or restricted countries are strictly prohibited.

4. IB Responsibilities

4.1 IBs must:

  • Promote CTForex using approved materials
  • Use tracking links correctly
  • Follow local advertising laws
  • Respect AML/KYC rules
  • Ensure transparent, honest marketing

4.2 IBs may not:

  • Offer investment advice
  • Guarantee profits
  • Conduct KYC
  • Handle deposits
  • Pose as CTForex staff
  • Create CTForex-branded pages without approval

5. Marketing Restrictions

IBs must avoid:

  • Misleading claims
  • Unrealistic returns
  • "Guaranteed income" phrases
  • False regulation claims (EU/UK/USA)

CTForex may request removal of any content within 24 hours.

6. Payments

  • Payout Frequency: Weekly
  • Minimum Payout: $100
  • Payment Method: USDT (TRC20)
  • IB must complete KYC verification
  • Payouts may be delayed during compliance review

7. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly forbidden:

  • Self-referrals
  • Referring family/friends for commission abuse
  • Fake deposits or CPA manipulation
  • Hedge-abuse between accounts
  • Artificial trading volume
  • Encouraging clients to bypass KYC

Such violations may result in suspension or termination.

8. Client Ownership

All referred clients belong exclusively to CTForex.

IBs do not have ownership, control, or claims over client accounts.

9. Termination

CTForex may terminate or suspend IB status immediately for:

  • Fraud
  • Misleading claims
  • AML/KYC violations
  • Reputational risk
  • Non-compliance

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice.

10. Governing Law

The IB Program is governed by the laws of Saint Lucia.

Disputes are resolved via arbitration.

11. Acceptance

By registering in the IB Portal, the IB agrees to all Terms & Conditions.
