• 1.1. This referral bonus is offered by CTForex Ltd as a promotional incentive.
• 1.2. By participating, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
• 1.3. CTForex reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this bonus program at any time without prior notice.

• 2.1. The bonus is available only to fully verified clients.
• 2.2. One referral bonus is allowed per client.
• 2.3. Referred clients must be genuine individuals and pass all compliance checks.
• 2.4. Self-referrals or duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.

• 3.1. The bonus is non-withdrawable and provided solely for trading purposes.
• 3.2. The bonus acts as margin credit and does not represent real equity.
• 3.3. Losses incurred using the bonus are not reimbursed.

• 4.1. A portion of the bonus may become withdrawable upon meeting trading volume requirements.
• 4.2. Bonus conversion is volume-based only and is not dependent on trading profitability.
• 4.3. Conversion ratios: Forex: 2.5 standard lots per USD 100 | CFD: 1 standard lot per USD 100

• 5.1. Clients have 180 calendar days from bonus allocation to meet conversion requirements.
• 5.2. After the expiry: Converted bonus is credited to balance | Unconverted bonus is forfeited

• 6.1. Only closed trades count toward trading volume.
• 6.2. Internal transfers, balance adjustments, or non-market trades are excluded.
• 6.3. Hedged or offsetting positions may be disqualified at CTForex's discretion.

• 8.1. Withdrawals are permitted only after: Bonus conversion conditions are met | Converted funds are credited as real balance | All compliance checks are completed
• 8.2. CTForex reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals linked to bonus abuse.

• 9.1. All trading activity is monitored automatically and manually.
• 9.2. CTForex's decision regarding referral eligibility, trading volume, and bonus conversion is final and binding.

10.1. In case of violation, CTForex may:

• Remove the bonus
• Revoke converted or unconverted amounts
• Suspend or close the trading account

• 11.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to CTForex Ltd's incorporation jurisdiction.
