Jurisdiction Requirements

  • The IB may promote CTForex only in accepted jurisdictions listed on our website.
  • Promotions in sanctioned or restricted countries are strictly prohibited.
  • Please verify your jurisdiction eligibility before applying.

IB Responsibilities

What IBs must and must not do.

IBs Must

  • Promote CTForex using approved materials
  • Use tracking links correctly
  • Follow local advertising laws
  • Respect AML/KYC rules
  • Ensure transparent, honest marketing

IBs May Not

  • Offer investment advice
  • Guarantee profits
  • Conduct KYC
  • Handle deposits
  • Pose as CTForex staff
  • Create CTForex-branded pages without approval

Marketing Restrictions

IBs must avoid:

  • Misleading claims
  • Unrealistic returns
  • “Guaranteed income” phrases
  • False regulation claims (EU/UK/USA)

Note: CTForex may request removal of any content within 24 hours.

Payment Information

  • Payout Frequency: Weekly
  • Minimum Payout: $100
  • Payment Method: USDT (TRC20)
  • IB must complete KYC verification
  • Payouts may be delayed during compliance review

Prohibited Activities

Activities that are strictly forbidden and may result in termination.

Strictly Forbidden Activities

The following are strictly forbidden:

  • Self-referrals
  • Referring family/friends for commission abuse
  • Fake deposits or CPA manipulation
  • Hedge-abuse between accounts
  • Artificial trading volume
  • Encouraging clients to bypass KYC

Such violations may result in suspension or termination of your IB account and forfeiture of all pending commissions.

Client Ownership Policy

All referred clients belong exclusively to CTForex.

IBs do not have ownership, control, or claims over client accounts. The relationship between CTForex and referred clients is independent of the IB relationship.

Terms and conditions for program termination.

Termination Conditions

CTForex may terminate or suspend IB status immediately for:

  • Fraud
  • Misleading claims
  • AML/KYC violations
  • Reputational risk
  • Non-compliance

Notice Period: Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice.
